Bridges of Canada has provided multi-faith chaplaincy services to Correctional Service Canada (CSC) since 2016, supporting the spiritual care and rehabilitation of individuals in federal institutions across Canada.

Through partnerships with faith communities nationwide, Bridges supports a broad range of spiritual traditions including Protestant, Roman Catholic, Indigenous spiritual practices, Muslim, Sikh, Jewish, Buddhist, Hindu, Wiccan, Rastafarian, and other faith groups. These services contribute to offender rehabilitation, institutional well-being, and successful reintegration into the community.

Bridges of Canada has also partnered with CSC on Faith Community Reintegration Projects (FCRP), helping support individuals transitioning from incarceration back into the community through faith-based mentorship, programming, and community support networks.

In Alberta, Bridges additionally provides provincial chaplaincy coordination services across correctional and remand facilities, helping ensure consistent access to spiritual and religious care for incarcerated individuals of all faith backgrounds.
