Employee Referral Program
Aim
At Bridges of Canada, we look for and select the best candidates—workers who share our values and voluntarily contribute to our organization's objectives. We think that our current staff members, who already fit these requirements, are in a fantastic position to assist us in identifying the most qualified applicants. We want to thank current workers for their referral efforts since we understand that they will probably only recommend those who are the most qualified to work at Bridges of Canada. We recognize that current employees are likely to refer only those individuals best suited to work at Bridges of Canada and therefore we wish to reward them for their referral efforts.
