The Victory Center building is a large three floor brick structure with full basement. Formerly the  NB Detox Center and prior to that the nurses’ residence, the building’s interior has undergone a major facelift with many rooms receiving new flooring, walls and ceiling have been crack filled, sanded and freshly painted. A modern kitchen, bathrooms and laundry facilities allows the building to be used for multiple purposes.

The Center provides a controlled atmosphere that is free of pressures related to addictive substances and behaviors and peer pressures that face offenders or “at risk” individuals when returning to the general community. The Victory Center is a facility that delivers programming that addresses addiction, crime, and related family issues.

Victory Center is home for the following ministries of Bridges of Canada which all contribute to the overall regenration programs offered at the Center.
